Enquiry & sample testing
Tell us the product, taste, dosage form, potency and target cost. We provide formula-grade options with quotations, you check the numbers, and we arrange samples for your testing — the free quantity is agreed according to the item's value.
Contract & custom production
Once samples are approved, we sign against your exact quantity and written specification, and the factory schedules custom production.
QC release & shipment
After production the batch is tested for moisture, ash, microbiology and assay. Goods are packed, documents issued, and stock released for shipment.
After-sales follow-up
We track the shipment until you have safely received the goods, keep a VIP service file for your account and follow up on product feedback and re-orders.
