- Information you give us: name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, and the content of your message when you submit an enquiry form, use the website chat, or email us.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) kept for security and statistics.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, send requested documents (specifications, COAs), and follow up on your order or sample request. We may also use your email address to send occasional product updates; every such message tells you how to opt out.
4. Service providers
Our enquiry forms are processed by Formspree (form delivery), and the website is served through Cloudflare (hosting and security). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us. Our email is operated by Zoho Mail.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hunter@botanicextract.com.
6. Your rights
Wherever you are located, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to further contact. We answer such requests within 30 days.
