Production Process Flow
Every batch follows a fully traceable 13-step production line: botanical raw materials are cleaned, dried and pulverized, then extracted with purified water in stainless-steel kettles with a second extraction pass, heated reflux, filtered, vacuum-concentrated and spray-dried under tightly controlled temperature and atomization pressure. Semi-finished powder passes in-process QC before inner packing, outer packing and warehousing.
